WHO WE ARE
The only certainty in life is change. One of the most crucial life changes occurs when an emerging adult leaves high school. This change is made even more complex when adults have special needs . The L.I.F.E. Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to serve the needs of young adults with autism, neurological, and developmental disorders through vocation and learning.
Enriching the lives of those in need
What we do
We are a unique non-profit organization that provides day programs which develop the skills of adults with autism, neurological, and developmental disorders so that they may continue to lead active and engaged lives. It is our belief that LEARNING IS FOR EVERYONE. Our organization is led by caring people who have a sincere love for the population we serve. Our program allows each participant to complete tasks at their ability with the goal of increased self-sufficiency. Our program has a small client to staff ratio which allows for more intensive and individualized attention. More importantly these young adults who would otherwise graduate to the couch, will no longer be left without opportunities for continued learning.
